As a social educational enterprise directly under Vingroup, Vinschool Education System operates under a not-for-profit model. Founded in 2013, Vinschool has seen dramatic and rapid growth in enrollment and has gained a reputation for taking the lead in Vietnam's education reform, as evidenced by twice receiving recognition from MOET. In addition, over 7,000 teachers and employees have chosen to work at Vinschool to realize their dreams, ideals and ambitions.
Driven by the vision to become a Vietnamese school system of international caliber, Vinschool has had seven schools accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS). All 54 schools within the system are working towards alignment with CIS standards in every aspect, from curriculum development, teacher recruitment and training, to operation of educational services.

All new staff will be subject to enhanced pre-employment clearance including identity checks, criminal background checks, qualification checks and employment checks to include an exploration of any gaps in employment and two satisfactory professional references which will be verified.
