DCSN (Dubai Center for Special Needs) is a not-for-profit Center, regarded as one of the best for people of determination in Dubai. With 160 students enrolled, we are committed to providing exceptional educational and therapeutic support to students with a wide range of disabilities. Our mission is to empower each student to achieve their full potential through individualized programs and a nurturing environment. We pride ourselves on our multidisciplinary approach, fostering collaboration among educators, therapists, and families to ensure a holistic development.

The Role:
We are looking for SEN Assistant Teachers to join our growing team in helping to provide an outstanding educational program and learning environment that guides and encourages special needs students to develop and reach their full potential
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education/Education or higher and a certified teaching qualification such as PGCE/PGDE, QTS or equivalent, (distance or open university degrees are not accepted)
- Other educational related qualifications and/or training
- Minimum of 3+ years classroom teaching experience, preferably with special needs children and young adults
- Excellent spoken & written English essential (Arabic a plus)
- Passionate and caring individuals with a proactive attitude
- An excellent team player
- Experience in writing and implementing detailed educational reports, (IEPs) etc.
- Hours Monday to Thursday 08.00 – 14.30, Friday 08.00 – 12.15
