DCSN (Dubai Center for Special Needs) is a not-for-profit Center, regarded as one of the best for people of determination in Dubai. With 160 students enrolled, we are committed to providing exceptional educational and therapeutic support to students with a wide range of disabilities. Our mission is to empower each student to achieve their full potential through individualized programs and a nurturing environment.

The Role:
We are looking for SEN Assistant Teachers to join our growing team in helping to provide an outstanding educational program and learning environment that guides and encourages special needs students to develop and reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- Degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology preferred or relevant qualifications such as a CACHE Level 3 certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Understanding of child development and learning processes.
- Hours Monday to Thursday 08.00 – 14.30, Friday 08.00 – 12.15
