Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated music educators.
Develop and implement a music curriculum that encourages creative potential and musical understanding.
Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment for both pupils and staff.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Music Department, ensuring its smooth and efficient running.
Provide guidance and support to students pursuing music studies.
Requirements:
A relevant degree in Music.
PGCE.
Proven experience in teaching Music.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
