Future- Ready

World - Ready
For nearly four decades, Participate Learning has partnered with schools across the United States to prepare students for success in a rapidly changing world. Through our cultural exchange and dual language programs, we bring experienced international educators into U.S. classrooms, enriching learning with diverse perspectives. As part of our J-1 visa program, you’ll inspire young learners while gaining professional experience abroad, then return home equipped to share new skills, ideas, and cultural understanding that strengthen global connections.
Teaching with Participate Learning is more than an opportunity—it’s a life-changing experience that allows you to make a real difference in students’ lives while advancing your own career.
As an international educator, you’ll bring authentic global perspectives into U.S. classrooms, inspiring curiosity and helping young learners develop the skills they need to thrive in an interconnected world. Your presence empowers students to think beyond borders, embrace diversity, and prepare for success in a global workforce.
At the same time, you’ll gain valuable professional experience, immerse yourself in American culture, and grow personally and professionally in ways that will benefit you long after your exchange program ends. This is more than just teaching—it’s a cultural journey that broadens your horizons while shaping the future of students in the U.S. and around the world."
In an exciting collaboration with Prince William County Public Schools, we are hiring creative and dedicated professionals who believe all children can be successful. You will be an ambassador for your country, providing authentic and effective learning experiences for all students while preparing them to be active citizens of the world. Potomac View Elementary aspires to support every child through respectful communication, intentional collaboration and critical thinking to help create students who are self-reflective, set high expectations and be risk takers.
Founded in 1607, Virginia is home to many historic landmarks, including Mount Vernon, the location of George Washington’s first home, and Colonial Williamsburg. Richmond is the state’s capital and one of the country’s oldest cities. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy visiting the Shenandoah Valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains in the western part of the state. Additionally, Virginia offers city living among the suburbs of Washington, D.C., and miles of beachfront access to the Atlantic Ocean for those who love spending time at the coast.
We are seeking skilled elementary school teachers who are passionate about supporting the success of U.S. students while advancing their own teaching careers. To be considered, applicants must hold a primary teaching qualification and must be currently employed as a teacher in a primary school setting. This opportunity allows you to bring your expertise to U.S. classrooms while gaining valuable international experience to enrich your career long-term.
Participate Learning, a designated sponsor of the U.S. Department of State’s BridgeUSA Exchange Visitor Program, goes beyond placement—we prepare you for success. From a structured, step-by-step application process to a comprehensive induction program led by experienced educators, you’ll gain the tools and insights you need to excel in a U.S. classroom. Our orientation week upon arrival provides hands-on training, networking opportunities, and resources to ensure you’re ready to inspire your students from day one.
