Are you a professional with expertise in event-driven marketing, admissions, and community engagement?
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Engagement & Admissions to lead our efforts in building meaningful connections and a vibrant school community!
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Leadership: Plan and execute impactful events that enhance parent and community engagement.
- Admissions Management: Oversee a seamless admissions journey for families, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Marketing & Communication: Lead creative marketing initiatives to boost community growth and school visibility.
- Front Desk Oversight: Ensure exceptional support and service through our front-facing operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role in Dubai schools
- Strong relationship management experience
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of KHDA and Ministry of Education protocols
- Experience managing a front-facing administrative department
- Bilingual in Arabic is preferred
Reporting to the Principal, you will be a key connection point between the school and the wider community, playing a vital role in creating a thriving, engaged environment at ASPS.
