The appeal of The American School of Dubai
The American School of Dubai (ASD) is a college preparatory, PreK to G12, independent, not for profit, US curriculum school. Committed to fostering a safe and inclusive school climate and learning environment, ASD denounces all forms of discrimination and inequality.
Pamela outlines this emphasis on diversity on inclusion as a major part of choosing to apply for her role.
“American School of Dubai has a good reputation and culture. I know that ASD offers the best training and benefits to teachers.
“The school’s diversity and inclusion policy was also something really important for me.”
Located in a residential area within Dubai, the ASD campus is a 23-acre, million square foot, wireless, state-of-the-art facility, including spaces designed to promote phenomenal learning experiences for approximately 2,000 students, representing over 80 nationalities.
Pamela’s experience with Schrole
Having been with Schrole for eight months, Pamela found her membership to be worth its weight in gold.
“If you’re considering Schrole, it’s absolutely worth it. It’ll help you know your options around the world.
“I love being able to filter by country or job position.
The majority of our new international faculty now come to us through Schrole. In fact, our school exclusively uses Schrole as our global recruitment tool, having tried and stopped using other sites. This is how much faith we have in Schrole as a valuable resource with good customer service.
